§ 12.303. Committees of the Board.

(a)

Committee Establishment and Structure: The Officers of the Board may appoint committees of the Board as it deems necessary for the execution of the mission, purpose, and goals of the Board.

(b)

Committee Membership: Committee members may include members of the community or members of the Board and a Board member shall serve as committee chair.
