§ 18.119. Unauthorized connections.

(a)

Connection. A person shall not make any connection to any County water, reclaimed water, or sewer line without first having obtained permission from the Director of Public Works.

(b)

Turning on Water. A person shall not turn on any water or reclaimed water valve or restore any water or reclaimed water service which has been disconnected or turned off, without first having obtained permission from the Director of Public Works.
