§ 20.1108. Adjustment of the watershed protection and restoration fee.

(a)

Any property owner may request an adjustment of the watershed protection and restoration fee by submitting a request in writing to the Administrator of the Office within 30 days after the date the bill is issued to the property owner. Grounds for adjustment of the fee are limited to the following:

(1)

An error was made regarding the impervious surface measurement of the property;

(2)

There is a mathematical error in calculating the fee; or

(3)

The identification of the property owner invoiced for the fee is in error.

(b)

The application submittal requirements for an adjustment shall be on a form provided by the Office.
