§ 20.803. Billing; interest; collection of fees.

  • (a)

    Billing. The controlling authority shall periodically bill the owner of a residential lot for the annual operations, maintenance, repair, and replacement fee.

    (b)

    Interest. If the owner of a residential lot does not pay the amount billed within 30 days after the billing date, the controlling authority may add interest at the rate of one and one-half percent to the unpaid Amount for every month, or portion thereof, that the bill remains unpaid.

    (c)

    Collection of Fees. If the County is not the controlling authority, the County may enter into a written agreement with the controlling authority to collect the annual operations, maintenance, repair, and replacement fee from the owner of a residential lot in accordance with this section.
