§ 26.100. Definitions.

(a)

In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated:

(b)

Authority means the Howard County Economic Development Authority.

(c)

Board means the Board of Directors of the Howard County Economic Development Authority.

(d)

County means Howard County.

(e)

Economic development plan or plan means the document that:

(1)

Is prepared by the Authority and approved by the County Executive; and

(2)

Outlines or presents a strategy for promoting economic development in the County.
