§ 26.204. Source of funds or in-kind assistance.

(a)

The County Executive may provide assistance to sponsors in the form of grant funds or in-kind assistance.

(b)

Funds or the cost of in-kind assistance granted by the County Executive shall have been appropriated to the Economic Development Grant Assistance Program in the County Executive's budget.
