§ 26.303. Administration of economic development incentive fund.

The Howard County Economic Development Authority shall:
(1)

Administer the economic development incentive fund established under section 26.301 of this subtitle;

(2)

Develop an application form and procedures for administration of the fund; and

(3)

Subject to section 22.1000 of the County Code, report annually to the County Executive and the County Council on the activities of the fund.
