§ 2.100. Short title; purpose.

Short Title. This subtitle shall be known and may be cited as the "Howard County Administrative Procedure Act".

(b)

Purpose. The purpose of this subtitle is to provide standards and criteria of administrative procedure for administrative rule making and adjudication of contested cases.
