§ 5.102. Members; terms; compensation.

(a)

The Commission shall consist of seven residents of Howard County appointed by resolution of the County Council no later than September 30 in the third year of the term of each Council.

(b)

Members of the Commission shall serve from the date of their appointment until April 30 in the fourth year of the term of each Council.

(c)

Vacancies shall be filled by resolution of the County Council.

(d)

Members of the Commission shall receive no compensation for their services, but may receive such expenses as may be provided in the budget.

(e)

Members may be removed from the Commission by resolution of the County Council.
