§ 15.519. Transitional provisions—Parcels subject to an agricultural land preservation easement acquired before May 1, 1993.

  • Except as specifically provided in this subtitle, the laws in effect prior to May 1, 1993 governing the use of parcels subject to an agricultural preservation easement, including the types and number of dwellings and the potential for subdivision, shall continue to govern all parcels which were subject to an agricultural land preservation easement prior to the effective date of this act.

C.B. 63, 2018, § 1, adopted Oct. 9, 2018, repealed the former § 15.519, and renumbered the former §§ 15.520 and 15.521 as §§ 15.519 and 15.520, as set out herein. The former § 15.519 pertained to the Maryland Agricultural Preservation Districts—authority, purpose, applicability; and derived from C.B. 10, 1993.
