Section 1 of C.B. 28, 1997, enacted May 5, 1997, repealed § 18.101A in its entirety. Formerly, § 18.101A pertained to the authority of the Director of Public Works to incorporate internal parcels of land into the metropolitan district and derived from C.B. 24, 1973 and C.B. 116, 1981.
