§ 18.809. Records of streetlight district.

(a)

Upon creation of a streetlight district, the Director of Public Works shall cause a copy of the final plat to be filed in the Office of the Director of Public Works and available for public inspection.

(b)

Upon creation of a streetlight district, the Director of Public Works shall cause a copy of the final plat to be filed among the land records of Howard County.
